Root Cause Analysis training will provide organisations Team Members with the theoretical and practical skills to quickly identify and solve problems within the workplace.
Students will be exposed to a new way of thinking about a problem and will learn a step by step method to solve any problem the workplace can present. Working through several instructor led exercises that build upon each other learning how to identify causes and to recognise the difference between actions and conditions.
